Alexa Aron is proud to be back on the MTC stage, this time with the man who makes it all happen…her dad!  Having recently graduated with a BFA in Acting from Syracuse University, she currently works at Proscenium, a corporate events agency in New York City.  When she’s not working, Alexa enjoys playing the ukulele, indulging in fancy cheeses, and narrating what her dogs are thinking.

Dan Aron is a longtime Board member of MTC and is thrilled to put his extensive vocal training (all in the shower and in his car) to a good use.  A passionate fan of his alma matter – Indiana University – he proudly serves as a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council of the Kelley School of Business.  Dan resides in Westport with his wonderful wife Maureen and his 3 daughters – Alexa, Ashley and Anna Leigh.  In addition to MTC – Dan serves on the Board of the Levitt Pavilion.  During the daylight hours – Dan is a Partner at Levin Capital Strategies – a multi-strategy equity investment advisory firm in New York City.

Melissa Ciotoli, CFP®, Barnum Wealth Management, spends her days providing comprehensive wealth management and retirement planning services to individuals and their families. Her lifelong passion for music has taken her from singing with the Quaker Notes acapella group at the University of Pennsylvania, to more recently singing with cover bands around Fairfield County.  Originally from Massachusetts, she has been a Westport resident for 21 years, and has loved raising her two children there. She is thrilled to participate in “The Voice” at MTC and support the great work they do. In addition to getting up on stage for MTC, she also sits on the professional advisory board of AmeriCares, and supports the Foundation for Life.

Jennifer Huisking is thrilled to participate in “The Voice” at MTC.  Having the honor of once serving on the board of MTC, Jennifer remains an advocate for the arts and live theater so is excited to support the wonderful work they do.  Professionally she is a Financial Planning Specialist with Westport Resources serving clients through comprehensive financial planning helping them to achieve goals aligned with their personal needs and passions.  Having grown up in the Midwest, she aspired to follow in the footsteps of her father, also a Financial Advisor, who instilled in her the importance of connecting with clients by understanding their hopes and dreams.  She therefore developed an admiration for performance art early on as a powerful tool to connect through shared experiences and the stories all of us have to tell. 

Actively supporting the arts in our local community, she currently serves on the board of the Cultural Alliance of Fairfield County, volunteers with many other local not for profits and was recognized for her work as one of Fairfield County’s 40 Under 40. Jennifer lives in Fairfield with her husband Matthew and their son.  Though performing live is not something she is able to do often, her most recent performances include lullabies sung to their 2 year old, who invites her back nightly, by popular demand.

A life-long Westporter, Jimmy is a member of the much beloved Izzo family of Westport! Staples HS graduate; URI graduate; owns Ace Hardware; loves walking the beach a zero dark 30 – posts amazing photos of all the beautiful sunrises he sees; always smiling and ready to help; RTM rep for district 2 – loves to serve his community; Enthusiastic golfer, lover of Compo Beach and gym rat, when not being sporty, you might find  Jimmy enjoying good times with his many many friends (seriously, according to Facebook, just shy of 2,000!) at local Westport hot spots!

Originally from Kinnelon, New Jersey, Jeannine has lived in Westport for the past four years. She works as an Esthetician and Skin Care Specialist at Noel The Spa in Stamford. Being an active and involved mother, one of Jeannine's favorite passions in her spare time is being a "Class Parent" to her 8 year old daughter Lilli's class the past three years; helping the teachers with special projects and events throughout the school year. Jeannine is active in the Westport community, volunteering and participating for various fund raisers and projects which have included the annual
Thanksgiving Meal at Saugutuck Congregational Church and Color Flash. The MTC Voice fund raiser is another way, along with her boyfriend Jimmy Izzo, of giving back to our community and helping the arts and our children raise money.

Contestant: ROZ KOETHER  

Having moved to Westport at the age of 3, Roz is essentially a Westport “lifer”!  Roz graduated from Greens Farms Academy and Beloit College and then it was on to law school.  Roz practices at the law firm of Cohen and Wolf, P.C. here in the Westport Office.  When she is not practicing law, you can find Roz teaching spinning classes at JoyRide Westport and Darien.  In the summer, you can find Roz on the bow of a J105 named “Venturesome” racing around Long Island Sound. Active in the community, Roz serves on the board of MTC, the Alumni Association at GFA ; the property use committee at Christ and Holy Trinity Church and the board of the Staples Boys Lacrosse booster club.  Roz’s sons, Dobson (15) and Shane (14) also keep her on her toes!  Following her own advice to her riders of “get out of the comfort zone and make a change” ….. Roz agreed to join the fabulous group of other brave souls on MTC’s The VOICE!

When it comes to performing, Dr. Parker is very diversified.  His past endeavors include musical theater, singing telegrams, improv-style murder mystery dinner theater, costumed character portrayals at birthday parties, as well as playing in bands throughout High School, College, Medical School, and Residency.  He has been the lead singer for two local Rock and Roll bands, DNR and VERTIGO, for the past 14 years, and enjoys making music with his fellow doctors! Andrew has been practicing as an Ear, Nose and Throat specialist in Norwalk since 2001. He is the Chief of the ENT Department at Norwalk Hospital and completed his residency at the The New York Eye and Ear Infirmary in Manhattan.  He loves treating both children and adults; and uses his training as a vocalist to assist him in caring for voice problems of fellow singers.  He is grateful to his wonderful wife Melissa, and his kids Ethan and Daphne, for supporting and encouraging him in pursuing his musical sideline.

While at Case, Dr. Rapp acted as a student delegate and alternate to the Ohio State Dental Association. After graduation, Dr. Rapp continued his dental education as part of a general residency program at New York Cornell’s St. Barnabas Hospital in Bronx, New York. Dr. Rapp was then invited to join the staff at Beth Israel Hospital. As an attending doctor at the Continuum Health Care Partners/Beth Israel Medical Center, Dr Rapp both established and headed the dental clinic at The Peter Krueger Center. Dr. Rapp regularly attends conferences, enrolls in continuing­ education courses, and maintains affiliation with an array of professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, Connecticut Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Academy of Osseointegration as well as the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Rapp has recently been awarded a place with The Leading Physicians of the World. When Dr. Rapp is not practicing dentistry or reviewing new methods of treatment and patient care, he enjoys an active lifestyle as well as contributing time to various church projects. He also enjoys traveling, and treasures time with family and friends. Dr. Rapp and his team will strive to make your treatment convenient and comfortable. No stranger to the stage, September Sirico grew up dancing her way around Fairfield County with A Dance Class and Academy of Dance and later with Edge Performing Arts Center in Los Angeles. Still a passionate athlete, she now enjoys competes in Crossfit with BKAtheletics. When she’s not dancing, singing (lol) and working out, September keeps very busy running her two Blow Dry salons (Blow Dry Westport/Southport) as well as managing Greg & Tony – her family’s full service salon in Westport.
