Music Theatre of Connecticut School of Performing Arts
presents "Pinocchio" in Norwalk

Music Theatre of Connecticut School of the Performing Arts presents “Pinocchio,” an original fully staged and costumed production performed by MTC School of Performing Arts students, ages seven and up. Performances take place on Friday, August 20 at 7:30pm and Saturday, August 21 at 1pm at Theatre Artists Workshop, 5 Gregory Boulevard in Norwalk, CT. MTC's own original adaptation follows the mischievous adventures of Pinocchio, an animated marionette, and his poor father, a woodcarver named Gepetto. The MTC version will capture the magic of the original tale while adding a few contemporary twists to keep the story fresh with today's audiences.

The musical is a fully staged and costumed production performed by MTC students, ages seven and up. The cast includes Westport's Maizy Boosin as Little Bear/Mariana/Pagliacci, Carlie Darefsky as Rag Doll/Sarina/Fire Eater/Lizzie, Hannah Delaney as Stardust, Holly Delaney as Princess Doll/Juliette/Pirrette, Hope Delaney as Hatter Clown/Cat/Donkey, Lilly Girling as Jester/Lilly/Contessa, Sophie Miller as Mouse/Violetta/ Harlequin, Adrienne Parkinson as Moonglow and Sara Parower as Tweedle Clown/Fox/Coachman. Weston's Leo Bernstein as King Doll/Anthony and Olivia Bernstein as Midnight, Scarlett Machson as Jiminy Cricket and Ben Wittenstein as Geppetto. Fairfield's Grant Clark as Pinocchio, Easton's Sophia Gatto as Blue Fairy and Trumbull's Michelle Seagull as Marrionette/Francesca/Punchinella.
