Music Theatre of Connecticut School of Performing Arts in cooperation with The Wilton Playshop presents new classes in acting and musical theatre! MTC's own Mary Jo Duffy teaches the fundamentals of theatre and more in this exciting ten-week class! Concludes with a showcase
performance for family and friends!

- Performed on Broadway in Senator
Joe, as Magnolia in the National
and European tours of Showboat and in regional theatres across
the country, as well as industrial trade shows
and television commercials.
- Favorite roles include
Shelby in Steel Magnolias, Maria in West
Side Story, Julie in Carousel and
Laurey in Oklahoma.
- Has trained with Metropolitan Opera singer Mimi Lerner, Lorenzo
Malfatti and Margaret Ross at Chatham College, Beatrice Krebs at Carnegie-Mellon University
and Tony McDowell in NYC.
- Has directed musicals at the Fraser-Woods
School in Newtown and other schools.
- Teaches musical theatre,
drama, and private voice, and
has been on the MTC faculty since 2003.
- Member AEA, SAG.
